How can I close my account?

1. You can close your account from the self-service portal following these steps:

1. Log in to your Bondora account
2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account' from the drop-down menu
3. Click the 'Close Account' button at the bottom of the page
4. You must sign that you want to close your account with a PIN code. Choose whether you want to receive the PIN via phone or email and click the 'Request PIN code' button
5. Enter your PIN and select 'Permanently delete account.'

Your account will automatically reopen the next time you start a loan application with us.

2. If you are unable to close your account from self-service, please contact our customer support team, and we will do it manually for you.
