When is my debt information published in the Official Credit Register?
If you are late with your monthly payments for at least 45 days and the amount of the debt, together with interest, management, and late fees in addition to unpaid invoices for any add-on services is at least €30, we will publish your personal data in Creditinfo and Taust Official Credit Register. If there is more than one monthly payment or add-on service fee due, the calculation of debt days starts from the day when the earliest monthly payment or invoice is due. Monthly payments are not separate receivables, and each monthly payment is not accounted for as a separate liability.
Please make sure to always check the total amount overdue from your self-service page before paying off your debt to ensure all overdue monthly payments and invoices for add-on services will be paid off.
