What is the right of withdrawal?
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel a loan agreement within 14 calendar days of signing it — no reason needed. If you cancel, you have 30 days to repay the outstanding principal and the interest that has accrued since the loan was paid out.
How do I withdraw from my loan agreement?
Go to your loan dashboard in self-service. If your loan was signed within the last 14 days, you will see a "Withdraw from Agreement" option. Follow the steps, review the amount due, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
How long do I have to withdraw?
14 calendar days from the date you signed the loan agreement. After that, the option is no longer available.
What you owe
How much do I need to pay if I withdraw?
You pay back the principal you borrowed plus the interest that has accrued from the day the loan was paid out to the day you repay. No other fees apply. The exact amount — and how much it grows per day — is shown on the confirmation screen before you confirm.
Is there a fee for withdrawing?
No. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or administrative charges. You only pay principal and accrued interest.
Does interest keep accruing after I confirm withdrawal?
Yes. Interest accrues every day from the original loan payout date until the day you repay in full. The daily amount is shown clearly when you confirm withdrawal.
Repayment during the 30-day window
Do I still need to make my regular monthly payment for the loan I am withdrawing from?
No. Once you confirm withdrawal, no payment is expected or collected from that loan during the 30-day window. You simply need to send the full outstanding amount (principal + accrued interest) before the deadline to complete the cancellation.
If you have other existing loans, their regular payment schedules continue as normal and are not affected by the withdrawal.
What if I have enough money on my account right now?
If your account balance covers the full cancellation amount at the moment you confirm, the loan is cancelled immediately. No further action needed.
Can I pay in parts?
No. Partial payments are not allocated to the loan being cancelled. The cancellation is only completed when the full outstanding amount (principal + accrued interest) is received in one transfer. You can use the Pay Now button in self-service to send the correct amount.
I have more than one loan. Does the withdrawal affect my other loans?
No. Your other loans continue on their regular payment schedules and are collected as normal. The withdrawal only applies to the specific loan you are cancelling. Payment reminders for your other loans will continue as usual.
If you don't repay in time
What happens if I don't repay within 30 days?
The withdrawal is cancelled and your loan continues under its original terms. The regular payment schedule resumes from day 31 and your next scheduled payment becomes due. Nothing is charged retroactively for the 30-day window.
Will I be considered in debt during the 30-day window?
No. While your withdrawal is pending you are not considered in debt. If you do not repay in full by day 30, the loan reverts to active and normal collections rules apply from that point.
Other questions
Do I need to give a reason for withdrawing?
No. The right of withdrawal is unconditional — you do not need to explain why.
What confirmation will I receive?
You will receive an email immediately after confirming withdrawal. It includes the loan agreement number, the repayment deadline, the amount due, the daily interest rate, and payment instructions. Keep this email — it is your proof that the withdrawal was registered.
