If your current payment plan doesn’t fit well with your payday, you can easily change it using B Secure.
Changing your payment date is only possible if you have the B Secure (or B Secure Plus) add-on service.
If you have B Secure or B Secure Plus, you can change your payment schedule in self-service using the link HERE.
How to qualify for B Secure:
- Log in to your Bondora account.
- On your dashboard, scroll down to Loans → Change loan schedule.
- Carefully read the Terms and Conditions, tick the box, and click Sign up for B Secure.
- You’ll see a success message, and a new button will appear allowing you to change your payment date.
*Important: You can choose any date between the 1st and the 27th of the month.
Confirm schedule date changes
Once you've added the new payment date, follow these steps:
- Click Show new schedule and review it carefully.
- To see a detailed version, click Sign, then on the next screen click Payment schedule to download and check the PDF.
- If everything looks good, click Sign again and follow the on-screen instructions.
Who can use B Secure?
You qualify if:
- You have at least one loan agreement and have already paid at least one full monthly payment.
- For a new loan, you can use B Secure only after paying your first full monthly installment.
- If you’ve already used B Secure, you can use it again once you’ve paid at least one full installment under your new schedule.
You cannot use B Secure if:
- You have a long-term debt with Bondora and court collection has started.
